BEHR Bonding Primer is a modified-acrylic primer specifically designed to adhere to various challenging surfaces. This primer reduces the need to sand dense, glossy surfaces such as Kynar, PVC, vinyl, Formica, glass, tile, glazed brick, chalky paints, glossy finishes, fiberglass, and metals. This water-based formula has easy water clean-up once you are done with your project. Color: White/Flat.
