Description
The Bernard AccuLock S consumables are designed to fit on Miller’s new MDX MIG guns. The MDX guns can be setup for Miller’s MDX consumables, however the Bernard S consumables give you increased durability and longer life when used in industrial applications. Acculock tips are designed with a coarse thread to speed up tip replacement. Contact tips are sold as a package of ten. Plus, error-proof liner trimming ensures accurate replacement every time for reduced burnbacks, birdnests and erratic arc/wire chatter. Long-Life Consumables – Tapered mating surfaces between the AccuLock contact tip and gas diffuser lock tips in place for maximized electrical conductivity and longer tip life. Threaded Nozzle – Stays tight during use and cleaning due to the steel retaining ring on the diffuser.
